Usually OTC stocks are not listed nor traded on exchanges. Clients participating in OTC market will be exposed to additional risks, such as low trading volume, wide trading spread and/or in failure to flat outstanding positions, etc. Client should therefore study and understand US OTC stocks before you trade and carefully consider whether such trading is suitable in the light of client’s own financial position and investment objectives.
