After the completion of the Account\u00a0Application\u00a0Form, you can either seek a Justice of the\u00a0Peace, practicing solicitor, certified public accountant, notary public or\u00a0other professionals who has to be presented in order to witness the signings of\u00a0documents and related identification documents.\u00a0<\/p>
