Enhance Online Trading Security Level – Two-Factor Authentication

Dear customers,

In compliance with the latest guidance of cyber-security issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. The two-factor authentication will be implemented in our online trading platform for client identity verification to protect their data/information and enhance our online trading security level.

With effective from 27 April 2018, other than logging in with username and password, you are required to input an additional one-time password (“OTP”) when accessing the online trading platform. The OTP will be delivered to you via Short Message Service (“SMS”)/Email for implementing the two-factor authentication.

Please note that you cannot access to online trading platform service with an invalid mobile phone number/email after the implementation of the two-factor authentication.
